We strive to dispatch orders daily on business days! We're a family business, and pack all orders from the studio or workshop.

Average delivery times
Standard Post: Intl. Mail
Sweden: Varubrev 1-2 business days.
Europe: 4 (allow up to 10) business days
Outside Europe: 6 (allow up to 28) business days
Note: In some countries, the standard post option cannot be tracked online. For example, this delivery method cannot be tracked in the US where USPS handles the delivery. A tracking number is however provided, to be used in contact with local and Swedish postal services. If the tracking link indicates that your parcel is still in Sweden after some time, it's often because the tracking ended here.
Standard Post: Registered Mail
Sweden: REK 1-2 business days. Delivered to service point.
Europe: 4 (allow up to 10) business days. Delivered to a pick up point.
Outside Europe: 6 (allow up to 14) business days. Delivered to a pick up point.
Fedex Home delivery
Europe: 2 (allow up to 6) business days
Outside Europe: 4 (allow up to 8) business days
Note: Fedex might try to reach you, or ask you to sign the delivery. Don’t forget to leave your phone number upon checkout! :)
DHL Service Point
Sweden: 2-3 business days, select Service Point at check out
Denmark: 2-3 business days
Italy & the Netherlands: 3-4 business days
Unclaimed parcels are refunded when they come in return to us. The cost for original shipping is deducted from your refund. Standard Post / Intl. Mail: If you have not received notice to pick up your parcel within the average delivery times stated above: use the tracking number provided by us in the shipping confirmation email in contact with your local postal service provider (fx. PostNord, USPS, La Poste, Österreichische Post, Bpost, PostNL, Canada Post, Posti, Poste Italiane and more) to prevent the parcel from being returned to us.
