Shipping

We strive to pack and dispatch orders within 24 h from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. All our standard delivery times are based on business days, so weekends don't count. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your shipment is on its way!

Pick up

Norrbackagatan 9, Stockholm. Come by my studio! Open Mondays to Fridays 13-18, but email or DM on instagram to schedule a time before coming to make sure I'm not temporarily out 🥲

Delays

Should there be any delay that causes you inconvenience, know that you have the option to return the items. Once the package is on its journey, unfortunately, we can’t make it move any faster or reroute it. However, if you need to cancel the order, you can do so before the shipping confirmation email is sent out.

During busy times like Christmas or summer, we tend to see some extra delays, particularly for international orders. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend considering our express and expedited services before making a purchase.

Unclaimed Parcels

Unclaimed parcels are shipments that are sent back to us because the delivery couldn't be made to the address provided. If this happens, we'll refund you, but the cost of the original shipping x 2 (back and forth) will be deducted.

To avoid this, be sure to keep an eye on your shipment's progress using the tracking information we've provided. If there's any delay or you suspect an issue, don't hesitate to reach out to us or the shipping company.

And if you've changed your mind about the items, just send them back instead. Easy peasy, and much faster than waiting for them to be returned automatically, which may take months.
